In compliance with World Health Organization (WHO) and International Labour Organization (ILO) standards, WeCare International does not charge job placement or success fees. All fees cover document auditing, 1-on-1 advisory, portal management, and file preparation.
STAGE 1: Assessment & Strategy
Fee: 250 GHS
Deliverables Included:
Primary review of active professional licenses, degree/diploma certificates, and official ID.
Personal strategy session with an advisor to review your documents.
Evaluation outlining eligible destination countries (UK, USA, Canada, Gulf States, Australia), exam requirements, and estimated third-party costs.
STAGE 2: Advanced Verification & Relocation Management
Fee: 3,000 GHS (Payable in 3 milestone installments)
Deliverables Included:
Management of foreign verification portals (e.g., DataFlow for Gulf States, UK NMC portal, CGFNS, WES).
Good Standing Verification filing guidance with authorized bodies.
Certificate legalization, notarization, and attestation support.
Exam scheduling assistance (IELTS, OET, NCLEX, Prometric etc.)
International healthcare employer interview coaching.
Comprehensive visa file audit (police clearance, medicals, dependent visas).
Pre-departure orientation (banking, housing guidance, travel logistics).
External Third-Party Costs
Stage 1 and Stage 2 fees cover WeCare International’s administrative labor and portal management services only. External regulatory and exam fees are paid directly to those respective official institutions:
Verification fees paid to local regulatory boards.
Foreign Credential Portal verification fees (DataFlow, CGFNS, WES).
Language & Licensing Exam registration fees (IELTS, OET, NCLEX, Prometric).
Foreign embassy visa application fees, medical clearance exams, and police clearance certificates.
