All fees charged through this Website cover administrative labor, document auditing, consultation time, portal filings, and educational/advisory resources.

2. Digital Application & Account Submissions

When submitting details or uploading documents through our digital application forms on this Website:

• You warrant that all information, academic transcripts, professional license registrations, identity documents, and employment histories provided are 100% authentic, accurate, and current.
• Submitting forged, fraudulent, or altered documentation will result in the immediate termination of your application without a refund. WeCare International reserves the right to report fraudulent submissions to relevant professional licensing boards (e.g., Nursing & Midwifery Council) and legal authorities.

3. Service Packages & Non-Refundable Fee Policy

WeCare International offers structured administrative and advisory service tiers (including initial file audits, verification portal management, and relocation advisory).

• Administrative Nature of Fees: All payments made on or through this Website (via Paystack, Mobile Money, credit/debit card, or direct transfer) represent payment for administrative work, document verification labor, and advisory time already performed or scheduled by our team.
• Non-Refundable Policy: All administrative service fees paid to WeCare International are strictly non-refundable. Once document processing, credential review, or consultation setup has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including candidate withdrawal, delays, or failure to meet third-party regulatory eligibility.
• Exclusion of Third-Party Costs: Fees paid to WeCare International cover only our direct administrative services. Users remain solely responsible for all external third-party costs, including but not limited to:
  • Local council Good Standing verification fees (e.g., NMC Ghana).

  • Official language and licensing exam registration fees (e.g., IELTS, OET, NCLEX, Prometric).
  • Foreign embassy visa application fees, medical examinations, and police clearance certificates.

4. No Guarantee of Placement or Visa Approval

While WeCare International exercises its highest professional standards to audit, format, and guide your application, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Final decisions regarding professional license verifications, exam pass marks, visa issuances, and employment job offers rest solely with external third-party authorities (destination regulatory councils, immigration departments, exam bodies, and hiring facilities).
